A couple weeks ago I deleted a form and list module, and thought I exported the content but didn't.  I recently backed up and downloaded my database from a remote server, and discovered all the data from that form and list module is still there.  Is there a way to get the data with out doing a restore?

The recycle bin gets cleaned out once a week so the modules are gone.  I'm going to have to restore the database aren't I?

very strange, AFAIK the data gets deleted with the module - otherwise add a new module instance and update all modulid values in userdefinedrows and userdefinedfields tables.

Would I do that in the list and form template or the DB?
