Hi,

At the moment we are using DNN 4.4.1 and hold on to upgrade to DNN 5.1.2.

I want to know how we can add a video clip at our portal. Is there any (ready-made) DNN Desktop module that I can use?

I want also know how this module works in according to respose time and multiple simultaneous users.

Thanks in advance

Best regard,

Thaya Nagalingam

The Repository can have media files, but you might want to look at some of the video modules at Snowcovered.

Hi Thaya,
I run a tutorial website that has 100 online videos, which subscribers can watch online and also download.
I use a module called Alive Media Player (http://www.considero.net/Products/DotNetNuke/Modules/Alive-Media-Player.aspx)
I have hundreds (not thousands YET!!) of users watching the videos every day, and i have never had a problem.
You can play single videos with this module or you can have a xml playlist.
If you want a look, then my website is www.reason4tutorial.com

Hope that helps,
Matt
