I have a DNN 3.0.13 site that I'm trying to upgrade to 3.2.2 and SQL Express 2005. I'm getting the following error:

Access to the path "C:\Inetpub\vhosts\westsideredding.org\httpdocs\SiteUrls.config" is denied.

The strange thing is that the SiteUrls.config file is not in that dir, it's in a sub-dir called "Config"

How can I make this work? Thanks.

Have you tried copying the "SiteUrls.config" file into the root directory?  That might fix it.

Also, you might want to check to ensure your permissions are all set correctly.
