Sebastian,

I am fairly new to DNN. I am getting the same problem in the HTML module. Currently running ver 05.02.00 (275).

In the HTML module I get this for example:

The Center?s vision

instead of

The Center’s vision

It works fine if I am viewing the content in the "Edit" mode. But as soon as I switch to "View" mode or logout of the site...it does not work. It happens with other characters like ( á, í, ú, é, ó, ñ) as well.

What exactly I have to do to get this working properly. I read some of your comments above and event went to link that was provided but I am not sure if I am doing this right or now. So, can you please provide simple instructions on how to resolve the issue.

Thank you,

Walter

due to the fact, that Walter used my name, I'll echo what Erik said: this issue has been fixed, simply upgrade to DNN 5.2.3 (don't forget to start with a full backup).

Cheers from Germany,
