When I select a font-size from the drop-down list 'size' list in the fck editor and then use the preview option, the font  displayed/rendered in the preview (and ultimately when saved) is not the same as shown in the fck editor window.  This happens in IE7, it appears fine in FF.   I tried setting the font-size:100% in the body{.} but that didn't help.  how can this be corrected?

in Advanced Editor Options, did you switch to dynamically created CSS for the editor area?

Hi , thanks for the reply.  Yes, I had changed that setting  earlier.

I'm using the MinimalExtropy skin in IE7.  If I change to the older DNN-Blue skin, the font display is correct.  But I can't seem to figure out what setting in the minimal extropy css is causing the font size to display, what seems one size smaller, when previewed or saved....

Actually, you can see the symptoms right here when editing a post...  select a few words, change size to xx-large.  it looks fine, but then when previewed, the size goes smaller....

still not able to figure out why IE shows fonts one size smaller when using the Size settings in the FCKeditor.

So, to get around the issue I changed the fckconfig.js file to use pixel-based sizes instead.

AFAIK it depends on the default font size specified in browser settings.
