In the action menu of the main Feedback module click on the menu item "Feedback Lists". Make sure that you are using the action menu of the main Feedback form (the one that is used to submit feedback) and not the Feedback Comments/Guestbook module.

Sansugoi -

Are you using a URL rewriting module in place of the standard DotNetNuke Friendly URLs rewriter?

Also, is it possible for you to upgrade your DotNetNuke installation to 4.09.05? I recall several other modules which had similar issues when installed in some of the DNN 4.x versions when using a control key such as "Feedback Lists" with a space in the key or when any value containing a space was passed on the query string.

I have not seen any issues of this type in the current version of Feedback (05.00.02) but that requires DotNetNuke version 5.02.03 or later to run.

Hi William Severance,

Thanks for reply again. I am not using any URL rewriting module. Currently not possible for me to upgrade the dnn version. Please guide me if some other way is possible.

THanks

Sansugoi,

Did the problem with accessing Feedback Lists exist from the beginning when you first installed the Feedback module or did it suddenly start to happen? If so, what changed in your DotNetNuke installation?

The only workaround that I can think of trying is to turn OFF Friendly Urls in Host-->Settings - at least when you need to use the Feedback Lists which should not be very often.
