Why so public and obnoxious about this. Well, because the problem hasn't been addressed. I am a big fan of DNN and I don't like seeing obvious issues not being addressed.

Bottom line.

- I used the unsubscribe links in the last few SnowCovered emails from DNN Corp.

- I'm still getting SnowCovered emails.

That's SPAM

FIX IT

There is more to be said here, but I will leave it at this for now.

Greetings Andrew ~

I apologize for your frustration.  And I actually appreciate your effort to contact someone and see it rectified.  Some might react otherwise, but we recognize that folks who take the time to try and help us improve (even if it comes with some frustration) are very important to us.

We are still consolidating some of the operations of Snowcovered.  We actually have at least 3 systems that send bulk mail now and although we work hard to keep those lists in synch, they aren't always.  Please contact me at community@dnncorp.com and I will help ensure you are properly unsubscribed.

Cheers,
Scott

Scott,

I'm just trying to make a point. I could contact you and i am sure if you all made a point of it I would not receive anymore emails from SnowCovered (whom I have no problem with I just don't have need for buying anything right now).

I just want to keep doing what a user should be expected to do. If I get the correct results, great. If not, I will complain because there are many user who won't. It's one way that I can help the community.

Fix the systems and you won't be bothered by my complaints. :)

Thanks for responding.

 Scott,

I spent a long time crafting an email to you today after you locked the other thread suggesting again I should email you.

We'll I email the address you posted and it failed.

"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    community@dnncorp.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <community@dnncorp.com> No such user here (state 14)."

So, what should I do now. Shall I post my response here?
