Sorry if this question has been asked before, I tried to search the forum but it kept erroring out on me.  I was wondering if when I log in using windows authentication with the AD provider if it should update/refresh/overwrite/whatever the user profile information on the DNN portal with the information from AD.  It seems that the info updates sometimes but other times it doesn't.

Another issue I'm having is that I deleted a user from DNN that was auto-created by the AD provider.  Now when I log in as that user the pages that I have given the user access to don't display.  It's almost as it the old account ID is still hanging around in the DNN database somewhere.

Any help with these issues would be most appreciated!

You could try clearing DNN's cache (via the Host-settings page) and then retry opening those pages with the AD-provider-generated DNN-account :)
