 Pretty much the same as for any site. Except:
 Use a css menu system - the old Solpart and later DNN menu is not good for SEO purposes which is why most if not all serious DNN sites use a pure css, unordered list menu.   Lots of these on Snowcovered.

A couple of the other top links are there because of the google domain name bonus.  Which is another lesson to learn : if possible, obtain a domain name that closely matches your desired search phrase.
