can I use MS Access database to establish DNN4.0.3,

 if I can use it, could you please provide me with instructions or an example?

I will be greatful if you give me any information to use MS Access

Have you considered using the free MS SQL 2005 Express?  MS Access flat file format has its limitations.

Is it possible to install DotNetNuke 4.0 using MS Access instead of MS SQL Server?, and how?

yes i decided MS SQL 2005 Express I can't use it  MS Access I will use it but how?

Currently, you cannot use Access unless you can either find or create a provider for Access. The problem with this is that the authentication system DNN uses was built for SQL Server and will probably be very hard to port to Access. The amount it would probably cost to come up with an Access solution most likely wouldn't be worth it considering SQL Server 2005 Express is available.
