 Armand,

The tables you are referring to are generated by the Links module and not part of the skin code. The skins are 100% XHTML.

<table id="dnn_ctr1986_Links_lstLinks" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" style="border-collapse:collapse;">

No Im not meaning the dnn injectded tables from your skin I noices those in some skins as well

Im talking about the personal winner

DyNNamite Maple Personal

lots of nested tables not releated to dnn modules, if the skin contest was to promote good skinning this is a definate step back. The dnn community and quality of the skins was getting more in check with other frameworks like joomla wordpress etc  ( so xhtml valid tableless css valid none dnn looking )  etc, and now the winner of one category is infested with nested skins   just a small copy and paste

 <td height="170" valign="top" class="skinpad"><table summary="" width="100%" border="0" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
              <tr>
                <td align="left" valign="top"><table summary="" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
                    <tr>
                      <td valign="top" class="main"><table summary="" width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
                          <tr>
                            <td width="100%" align="center" valign="top">

I would prefer if submitters would not discuss each others skin in this thread.

Armand, I understand your worries.
The judges judged both design and technical implementation and in some categories design was more important in others the technical implementation.
Might be I'm a bit too carefull here, but I just think a public discussions between submitters about the skins in this thread is not a good idea.
