I know that tables are old school and in most cases they are not needed nor wanted, but since the rules of the contest did not specifically exclude them, they are valid submissions. In the personal category technically merit and educational value do add a lot of points. Maybe this should be re-evaluated in a future contest. Personally, I would have liked to see a jury report about the way they have come to a selection, but that also is something for a next contest. Peter

Guys be nice. :)

Speaking about the links module. There is a brand new version of the links module available (beta) available on codeplex: http://dnnlinks.codeplex.com/releases/view/39394

- rendering a standarts complient list instead of beeing cluttered tables

- now coming with some neat new feature Be sure to check it out.

Cheers,

Jo

Very good news about the Links module being lists instead of tables! Maybe I can start using it again.

Does DNN have any timeline for the availablility of all the skins? I am anxious to get a peak at "my" personal favorite. ;-)

So let me get this straight - "Frank" who joined two days ago and has a whopping 1 post is saying Robert Axford (ROBAX) who has been a DNN member since 2004 and has 1,980 posts is a no-namer????

Further, "Frank" is complaining about a skin contest where 19 people invested their time and effort so that "Frank" would have 25 FREE skins to use, play with, customize, and learn from?? Oh and let's not forget the folks who VOLUNTEERED their time to administer the contest so that "Frank" could have all those skins for FREE.

Personally, I think "Frank" needs to stick with Joomla and WordPress as I think those two projects need a few more people complaining about the quality of things they get for FREE.
