Luiz,

still very strange, are you in full trust or medium trust? Do you use serverside compression for dynamic content? Any other specific setting? Which encoding do you use in web.config (should be default UTF-8)

I downloaded the default installation of dotnetnuke. The only change was in the connectionstring of Web.config.

You can access at: http://lpires.com.br/dnn520 (this is not a production server, maybe slow)

Make a Portal registration and I'll give host permission to you or send me your email to luiz@eportais.net. and I'll send Host password.

I can reproduce on your site, but only in Portuguese language.

what is globalization setting in your web.config, did you modify?

Yes, the problem is only in Portuguese.

I didn't modifications unless the connectionstring section.

You can download web.config from Portal Root using File Manager.

Below is a copy of the globalization section of Web.config.

this is NOT default setting. please use consistent culture and uiCulture values ("e.g. "pt-BR" and "pt"), though I am not sure, it is causing the behaviour observed.
