Running version 4.09.02 looged in as host and cannot see file structure beyond Portal root.

error message

I am able to see allfolders through regular ftp

I have done a recursive file sync. No luck

Any suggestions?

in top right corner of the file manager perform a recursive sync.

make sure, no file name does contain an apostrophe  '

Checkd for ', none found did the recursive sync, no luck.

If I click on the + sign beside the portal host in file manager (nothing changes) then click the -, then click the positive again my directory tree appears, but a click on any sub folder gives me

please clear local browser cache and apply default skin and container to the page, the File Manager is placed on.
