Hello,

I am trying to install a new DNN installation on a Windows 2k8 server.
De setup is like this:

2 webnodes using Microsoft NLB
1 data node
The 2 webnodes get their data using a UNC path to the data server

I can't get past the permissions check.
I already have given the NETWORK SERVICE 'full control'.
I compared the ACL on the cluster with one of a standalone machine, there are no differences.
Do I need to set more or other permissions on the cluster?

the networkservice account is a local account, to use webfarms you need to set up a domain account - the webfarm document details this - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=uBK3uGIYYXg%3D&tabid=478&mid=857

I also have a domain user which has full access to the root.
In IIS7 I have set that user as anonymous user for the website.
But still the installation fails.

Have you set Code Access Security Policy to allow IIS server access to the UNC share?

Hmmm, probably not....
Where can I find this?
Read actions on the share work fine from IIS, it's probably only for write actions.
