Among many international participants on our team, most are satisfied that things are working (although we all agree there are additional improvements to make).

Hi Scott,

I agree with Sebastian on this one. DNN520 is not a step forward, unfortunately. I just restored on my localhost the DNN514 I had for translation purposes because on DNN520 I couldn't find the "Mode" option in the language editor anymore (please correct me if I am wrong). I am pretty sure that eventually we will advance and hope that DNN521 with improvements in this area will appear very soon (before Christmas would be nice ).

Regards,
Marc

Marc, I still find the option in my DNN 5.2.0 test portal, you need to be logged in as host user.
(I just needed to look it up, I didn't try before, because I suspended translation for DNN 5, until usable tools are available).

According to Gemini, I am not aware of any modification in this area in DNN 5.2.0 or 5.2.1, let's look forward to 2010.

Do Not Create a New Language Pack (FULL).

Full language packs are not supported in DNN 5.

Sebastian,

Apologies for the following question: can you explain how this issue is being dealt with customers DotenetNuke V5.x Professional?

Will my customers using version 4.x.

Thank you for your dedication.

Luiz

sorry, I have no information about localization of DNN Professional and I am not aware of any language pack supporting the extra modules. Please contact DotNetNuke Corp. for any support regarding professional edition.
