Hi,

I am new to dot.net nuke concept and I need to build a customer portal that will allow people to log cases and read cases and more...

Is there a tutorial or already built in module for customer portal on the dot.net nuke framework?

Thank you.

Take a look at Snowcovered to see if there's a module that fits your needs.  You might want to explain what you want, it sounds like a help dek module.  There are a number of those, you might look at OnyakTech.

Jeff
