Hi All,

I am using DNN 4.9.I am getting Object reference error in DNN URL Control. in my page I have URL control when I select option as file then upload a new file.after select a file when I Click on "Upload Selected File" it gives me Object Reference error.

I used DNN URL Control in many  Applications but getting error here only. Can anyone please Provide me some Solution for this.

it looks like one of the parameters is not properly initialized.

I recall that the URL control in earlier versions of DNN framework (not sure if DNN 4.9.0 or earlier) had this problem if the conrol was placed in an AJAX UpdatePanel either explicitly in your markup or automatically if the controls Supports Partial Rendering option was enabled in the module definitions. Because file upload requires a full postback, the command button or link button which triggers the postback (Save) must be registered as a postback control.

Hi William,

You are true. I am using Ajax update panels in my page. So how can I solve this problem .Can I remove all Ajax panels or any other way....?
