Windows 2003 Std, SQL 2005 Express installed with mixed mode

I created a database under Data_App named "intranet.mdf" as I dont want to use "Database.mdf" because I cannot open from SQL Management Studio Express.

On Install wizard.aspx, Im getting an error :

- Cannot open database "Intranet.mdf" requested by the login. The login failed

- The login failed for user {username}

I have checked many times on my web.config for username and password are correct.  I have tried to using SQL Management  Studio express using the username and password I created for "Intranet.mdf" and was successful.  I tried changing the user password on SQL Management Studio but still no avail.

Your advise will be very much appreciated.

either use database file name with integrated security or an attached database with a sql server user, who needs to be granted dbowner permission,
