I took a look at the product you are experiencing issues with, and as it is a commercial product, you should be able to receive support from the products creator. You may want to visit the product page on SnowCovered and go to the "Technical Support" section and create a Help Desk ticket.
If you do, it is important to include:
1. As much information about the environment as you know (what version of Windows, DNN, IIS, SQL Server, etc)
2. The exact steps you took to experience the issue (try replicating the error with these steps again just to make sure you have the steps right)
3. The full and complete error message that you received (if you do not see the full error message on the page, check the Admin -> Event Viewer page for a more detailed error message).
