For an List of Job vacancies, I tried to configure the forms and List module so that employers can only see the records they added to the list.

I read in the UDT 3.4.0 User Manual (Rev 2) that this can be accomplished by setting the filter statement  to:

[Created By_UDT_Original] = '[User:Username]'

I inserted this,

but now the result is, that as an administrator, I can't see the records that were added by registered users. Is this normal? As an administrator, my client should of course be able to see the list of job vacancy records that where added by the registered employers.

For the tournament calendar of Flemish Fencing Federation we are looking for a filtered tournament calendar. The German Fencing Federation has a very good tournament calendar:

I try to work something out with the Forms and List module, in combination with the Netism Satellite Extreme Module (Netism Solutions), but it's pretty tricky.
