Hi Steve,
thanks for your suggestion. I remove web.config from service folder, and I merge relevant entries into the web.config file in my DNN site (restart iis), but i get same error.

Additional info:
-directory_name is iis virtual directory(application) (WS and DNN use same App pool)
-same problem in win7(devel. environment) and w2k8(production environment)

Can you suggest next step, please?

Martin

Hi,
I resolve this error.
Solution was move content of web service bin to web application bin
From:
-wwwroot
 |
  --Directory_of_ws
     |
     --Bin_of_ws
        |
        --WS_assembly.dll
     --file_of_ws.asmx
  --Bin_of_WebApp
     |
     --WebApp_assembly.dll
  --Directory1_of_WebApp
  --..
  --DirectoryN_of_WebApp
  --Default.aspx

  To:
  -wwwroot
 |
  --Directory_of_ws
     |
      --file_of_ws.asmx
  --Bin_of_WebApp
     |
      --WebApp_assembly.dll
      --WS_assembly.dll
  --Directory1_of_WebApp
  --..
  --DirectoryN_of_WebApp
  --Default.aspx
