I'm working on a website that will be a public site, thus I need to keep it pretty controlled.  I would like to limit the uploaded image size to about 500kb.  I tried putting <add key="upload.maxsize" value="500kb" /> in the appSeetings section of the web config, and DNN restarted after that, but it still allowed me to upload a 2.5mb image file.  I've seen a lot of references to this on the web, but most people want to increase the limit, I want to tighten it down.  Most references mentioned the maxRequestLength, which I haven't tried, but that seems like it is more time that size related.  I know either will affect more than Repository uploads, but I'm okay with that.  How can I get it to limit my file upload sizes??

A separate, but also important issue given it's a public size, when I delete something in the Repository, while it deletes it in DNN and the Repository, it is leaving it on the file server, which isn't good.  I will have a hard time cleaning up these orphaned files.
