I updated the skin on my site recently and to do so I had to switch the fall back doctype from HTML 4 (Legacy) to xhtml 1.0 transitional under host options.  However this seems to break the IFrame autosize feature.  All the iframes on my site now only show about 300 px of height.  I switched back to HTML 4 which fixed the problem with IFrame but causes the skin to render poorly.

I was trying to be a responsible developer by using a tableless skin however that doesn't seem to jive with the IFrame.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  I'm using 05.01.04(3)DNN and 4.3.0 IFrame.

Follow up to this.  I've tried a fresh install using the default skin and container and the iframe still will not auto height correctly.   Using same versions mentioned above.
