I am new to dotnetnuke and trying to remove code from what I believe would be in the Default.aspx file - however I have opened this page from root and I do not see it. Anyone know where to go from here?

The website is towneofseahaven.com

The code I am trying to remove (it's showing up in the code of all pages)

That's code added by SitCatalyst, an analytics app.  It's not a part of DNN so you can't edit it out of DNN's code.  Talk to your web server admins about it.
