I have installed DNN version 5.1.4 again now 3rd time, but my problem is i can't upload any files using DotnetNuke File Manager module because when ever i click File Manager it display an error 

File manager is currently un availlable. i really can't figure out why, i dont have any special characters in any folder names, i checked my Event Viewer for more information & it shows this information on latest Event.

  • which language is installed and selected as default in Admin :: Site settings?
  • did you grant full file system permissions to the windows account of the ASP.Net?

-the language selected in Admin: site setting is ENglish(United States)

- Can u please tell me where to find windows Admin Full permission
