maybe i haven't explain my problem corectly. So, when i on the Forum Home, i have 5 buttons and i want to take out the "My Setting" button. The button image is in the Css class "Forum_ib_mysettings". I try to find a place in the ascx code where this CssClass is used but i don't find it. I know it is possible to take out this button but how?

you could just edit the css class and add

display: none;

that would hide the button or anything else using that class
