I have been all over the DNN site, through the forums, and throughout Google looking for an answer to this. Is there a way to get DNN's iFrame to NOT add the special characters (? and =) and NOT add the name of the parameter? I have an Amazon aStore that I'm trying to use with iFrames (which is the preferred method) and their product detail pages use friendly urls. Here's an example:

astore.amazon.com/mycoolstore-20/deta...

All I want to do is pass the product number to the iFrame. Obviously it passes just fine, however, the url is appended with the special characters and looks like the following:

astore.amazon.com/mycoolstore-20/details/?ASIN=B001TOQ8PM

As more of us take advantage of using friendly urls I'm sure that this has been or will be addressed. As it stands right now, I don't have a DNN solution for building sites that take advantage of services like Amazon aStores.

Thanks.

We are getting together the next version of IFrame. This time for real. :)

So, essentially, you just want to pass part of url dynamically, not a parameter... Try Viva IFrame module for now (it's free) - but we are going to implement that module's extra features into core module within a few months.
