Hi! I need a module that can handle some advanced logic. I have a list of check boxes (about 14 or so right now), a contact needs to be routed based on what box is checked. Check "customer service" it goes there. Check "product information," it goes there. Check both, it goes to both. Can you make a recommendation? Thanks!

Build your own DNN module using a template from the dotnetnuke .vsi installation package. That is way easier and quicker than trying to configure anyonelses module for this purpose

I would recommend having a look at OpenWebStudio (http://www.openwebstudio.com) which is great for building contact forms.

I would recommend using Enterprise Forms for this exact purpose due to their advanced workflow and conditional engine.  Contact them with your requirements to confirm wha you are looking to achieve is doable.
