I just upgraded from DNN 5.1 to 5.2 and was messing around with the new module creation wizard. Is it just me or are we now restricted on they way we create modules. I currently have my modules organized as \DesktopModules\CompanyName\ModuleGroup\ModuleName. Since I have my 60 or so modules grouped within my company name folder I can no longer use the wizard since it only lets you go two directories deep. Is there something I'm missing here?

At this time it does appear to be a limitation in the wizard, however, you can manually create a module that continues to use your existing structure.

How do you manually create a module without using the wizard in 5.2.2?

I used to do this fine under 5.x, but under this new wizard I keep hitting problems - I get a fair few javascript problems within the wizard, plus I frequently get to the last step in the wizard (when importing an existing control) and the whole flow just stops :/

Stuart

P.S. yes - I will log the problems asI get them reprocible!

Found it - I can create modules without using this lovely looking (but not quite working for me) wizard by going to the Extensions option :)
