Is there an easy way to specify a default value for the DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Calendar.InvokePopupCal?

I have looked around and couldn’t find anything useful. I also tried the following with no luck:

string attrib = DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Calendar.InvokePopupCal(txbDateOfBirth);

txbDateOfBirth.Text = DateTime.Now.ToShortDateString();

this.imgDateOfBirth.Attributes.Add("onClick", attrib);

but when the page loads the textbox doesn’t reflect my default value…

Any insight would be appreciated!

Be sure that you are calling your code in the module controls's Page_Load handler. The InvokePopupCal call must occur on every Page_Load but not the setting of the default value:

string attrib = DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.Calendar.InvokePopupCal(txbDateOfBirth);

this.imgDateOfBirth.Attributes.Add("onClick", attrib);

if (!Page.IsPostBack){
   txbDateOfBirth.Text = DateTime.Now.ToShortDateString();
}
