I wanted to create a test site. So I got a database backup and copy of content folder from the production site. Then I updated portal aliases accordingly in test database.
According to my knowledge everything is correct. No errors in event log to. But when I type the URL it gives me a blank page with “this program cannot display the web page” on it
Any idea... Please
Thanks
