Is it DNN poor code quality or the sloppiness of developer ?

Sorry, but that is really sucks :(

This is an html injection attack that would allow a user to insert code that modifies the UI.

Please be sure to log this to Gemini (http://support.dotnetnuke.com).  This is something that a future release of the module should be able to resolve the issue.

I have fixed Feedback module and sent binary & sources of new version (4.4.4) to Sebastian Leupold

We're experiencing the same problem. You mentioned fixing the module to address this issue. Is an updated version of the module with this fix included set to be released anytime soon?
