I have published my second part of the proposal for fully supporting RTL languages in DNN. I hope the DNN development team use these posts as a start. As I said in this post, the users of RTL scripts are around 600 millions about 10% of the human population. So it would be nice to support them.

You should check out the GPL based Gantry Framework from RocketTheme

It for Joomla not dnn but they have awesome rtl support, because its pure css and a grid framework the entire layout is converted over to rtl
