I watched the video tutorial on skinning and at one point the presenter clearly states that DNN strips out all the header code and puts its own code there (which is true because I had javascript calls there that disappeared on the page once I installed the skin)  So how can I include my own code in the header tag?

do you want to do this for all page or for a specific page?
