  1. analyze the data model of the modules you want to include. Find out what field is used to store the userid etc.
  2. write your own views to link all data in one view
  3. report on it in dnn

This is a quick answer, as per your requirements. In order to do this you need to know how SQL works, and you need to feel comfortable hacking DNN. Mind you: there is NO simple answer to your question, so its all coming down to your qualities as developer ;)

it should be possible to retrieve all user data from the database and display in (one or multiple instances of) Reports module, however, be aware that you will be heavily depending on the database model of all modules retrieved and your queries may break after module upgrades.

Sebastian

I certainly understand and appreciate that to query tables that could be modified outside ones control (if upgrading) needs to be checked before production upgrades as it could be affected... but with querying this sort of information being retrieved and using UserID... is it really at such a high risk that these will be changed in the future much, if at all?

Just that I keep hearing these warnings and get the impression that we're almost been told to turn away from this - but if we did how could DNN ever be used for a wide variety of flexible needs by a broad user base?

iIt might just be the way I read it but the warnings come across very strong rather than simply to make people aware and understand they should test these customs items thorough on upgrading before touching the production instance.
