I am in need of a module that will help me set-up my site to make a list of eating establishments, I would like to be able to list the name (in alphabetical order) along with other information (address, etc) and I would like it to also show an average rating by site users.  Then if a selection is clicked you would goto its own page where you can see reviews with ratings and could leave a review/rating, along with other information.  Can anyone point me in the direction of a module that would work for this?  I really appreciate any time that anyone takes to give me their suggestions.

Have you tried the repository module?

It's got some customisable features.  I know of a couple of others, but if that won't suit you could perhaps use the UDT - User defined table module as a working point.
