Hi I got this error

Error: File Manager is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.get_HasPermission(String permissionKey) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.FileManager.FileManager.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---


i dont know why this error occur please help me

Which DNN version are you running? are you in admin or host menu?

Does the error persist, after you restart application in Host Settings?

Hi,

I am using dnn 5.1 version and my project manager gave me host id. and yes i the error is continue.

do you experience same issue using Filemanager either in Admin or Host menu?

yes this problem is also in Admin menu file manager .but host menu file manager is working fine
