I have my own SSL certs.

Finding another provider that has DNN; that's easy.

Finding another provider that has DNN and streaming and SQL access and automated downloadable backups and a unified administrative interface and shared SSL for testing and ... well...lots of admin stuff non-tech-saavy people can use. I try to build solutions a power user can understand and administrate. Network Solutions is a hand's down winner in my book on that accord. I would be upset with Network Solutions right now, except they have been able to deliver what I've needed to do in the past.

All I need now is for them to allow for secure network solutions, as well as whiz-bang network solutions.

Ah I see.

In that case I would hope that others can help here as I cannot see any reason why a host would require this SSL method.

Is this your first DNN site?  Its just that you say "has DNN" and that does not always mean "Understands DNN".

My hosting uses the Helm interface and I simply add my SSL key to the domain and thats about it.  DNN then works as expected.
