Q3. What is the functionality of "Lock" and "Watch"?

Administrators and Moderators can Lock a page. Locked pages cannot be edited by Editors. Administrators and Moderators can click the same button to "Unlock" a page at any time. Editors cannot unlock a page. I'm still working on the answer to how the "Watch" button works.

Q8. There isn't a guide for the Wiki module as yet.

Q2. In 'Configure Wiki Sites",  click on "Edit" link of any site. Then on click of "Cancel" link, I get the error:"Error: Configure wiki sites is currently unavailable". Is it bug of the module?

Yes, this does appear to be a bug, thanks for pointing it out. I have recorded it.
