When I select Create New Module in 5.2.3 I get a blank screen but no error.  This is a bit irritating making it difficult to develop modules...  I duplicated this on my production, staging, and dev servers so it's something in common to all of them or a bug in 5.2.3.  I am just wondering if this is fixed in the upgrades.

-something clever or funny.

FYI. I upgraded dev to 5.3.1 just now and that solved my problem with the Create New Module feature.  I am not sure if I was missing a file or a config in the db but it's fixed now.

BTW, if you go to 5.3.1 be sure to upgrade your XML Module if you have it installed.  Otherwise the upgrade will bomb.
