I have been working on transforming a 3.x dnn installation to 5.x one. Because modules have no source code, i had to change news modules and resulted urls are different.

I have about 2600 search results at Google.

I have full access to IIS 7 and with URLWrite, i can redirect old urls to new destinations. However, i doubt it will cause performance issues to define over 2000 rules.

Have you had similar scenarios and which strategy would you follow if you were in my shoes?
