I have upgraded the DNN version from 4.8.4 to 5.2.2.

I have created the portal and template is applied through site wizard.

But at the end portal is created without admin menu.

I have tried it two to three times, but every time Admin menu is missing.

Can you please provide me any solution?

you might be using an old portal template. either create a template from an existing portal or unzip it from /portals/_default folder of the 5.2.2 install package.
