The detail information I posted in

 http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/F...

The first error was failed to add column to a exist table. (Second error is the same.)

ALTER TABLE dbo.PackageTypes

ADD EditorControlSrc nvarchar(250) NULL

error message said that

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Column names in each table must be unique. Column name 'EditorControlSrc' in table 'dbo.PackageTypes' is specified more than once.

I have check the table and make sure the column doesn't exist.

Does anyone have any idea of what happened?

Thank you~~

Eric

I have check the DB permission already...

My site is on the 3Essentials's web server and running quite well except upgrading this time.

Is there anything may related to the server?
