Is it possible to generate core langage pack with "DNN LocalizationEditor" ?

For exemple generate fr-BE core pack from the fr-FR language pack ?

I see how to generate a languange pack for a module , but not for the core.

Sacha, are you talking about the built in editor?

in DNN 5.2+, if you install complete  language pack "French (France)" and switch to "System" mode, create language pack "French (Belgium)" with fallback language "French (France)", you may subsequently save each core language file (with adoptions as required).

In the database, you should alter fallback language to "en-US".

Finally you may create language pack "French (Belgium)" for the core framework. please note, creating "full language pack" is brken in DNN5.

Thanks for your reply Sebastian.

I was mening the "DNN LocalizationEditor" from codeplex.

But i try wath you say.

But the saved language pack dont contents all the core resx files (it content only the fr-BE files present on the systrem).

For info, the solution is to import the whole DNN installation zip file, witch create DNN Core entry.
