I'm working with FormAndList module in latest DNN Community 5.2.2

I have created a custom basic XSL template to show the list of some items. In template generator, I chose to have a pager and a search box.

The template has been generated ok, but the search box is not showing. Another problem is with the pager. I have some [?] characters beside each word: First, Previous, Next, Last.

I thought that it was due to some bug, but I installed and tested the same thing on localhost, and it's working properly.

I already tried to reinstall the module, in Host>Extenstions. The module was "repaired", but the problem persists.

Does anyone know what to do in that situation?

Maybe there's something additional to configure? And, I remember that I lost, while upgrading DNN, all the content of the folder SiteRoot>Portals>0 , maybe there are some important files related to the FormAndList module that were gone?
