Hi,

Our DNN site (5.0) has been down for a day or so.  I can't see in the event logs anything in particular that could have caused it, and I didn't change anything at the time.  I believe the IIS is working fine, as I can browse to particular static files by URL, such as images, if I use an explicit path to them.  I can't see any issues with the web.config at all, and the only error message I'm getting is the Firefox redirect loop.  I've Googled and found a few solutions to that, but none of them seem to be having any effect.  I'm concerned that it's something in the database, but to be honest I have no idea about where to start troubleshooting this, as I can't even get DNN to load at all.  Any ideas?

Thanks

I believe now that the issue is to do with Microsoft Web Platform installer. This was downloaded& installed as part of server admin tasks, and it downloaded DNN. I think that my files and database are now on different versions, which is a serious issue obviously. Any way to fix it?
