The edit pencil and dropdown is showing for non logged in users.  No matter what I try it won't go away. I have looked through this forum about this issue and all of the people who talk about it never get it resolved.  Is it a permissions issue?  I set the module and the page so that only host account has edit, but it is still there.  I've tried everything, and it shows in all browsers.  I've cleared my server cache, browser cache, edited the title of an announcement like some have said, and everything else I could possibly try.  It's just very frustrating to spend all the time setting it up and then come to find out it's all for nothing because there is a error in the module.  Can anybody help? Nuke 4.9.5, Announcements 4.0.3.  Thanks.

Solved my own problem.  It appears that by not caching the module it works the way it is supposed to.  The default is like 3600 or something, but change it to 0.  To do this, edit the announcements module > Page Settings > Basic Settings and change the Cache Time field to 0.  By not caching, it displays the module correctly and there are no pencils or dropdown.
