The simplest way is to open module settings and to disable "show container" in the page settings section. Containers wrap araound a module, and you can define them as skins. Usually a skin comes with a set of container, though you can also add your own ones, for example without the SKO (Skin object) TITLE.

Is it possible that the xml module read an xml file like :

<Objects>
<Object>
<Token>[Tab:Title]</Token>
<Settings>
<Setting>
<Name>CssClass</Name>
<Value>My_value</Value>
</Setting>
</Settings>
</Object>    
</Objects>

and then change the page title with the value ?

No. There is nothing the XML module can help here. It can not set set the page title in any way.
