Hi,

I'm currently working on a personal module for DNN 5.1.4. I followed all the steps described in the official documentation (Module Development part 1 and 2), but this is the documentation for Dotnenuke 4 so everything doesn't really fit. I can't create private assemblies,  I don't find the link "Create private Assembly" in the module definition. I can't find anything on Google, does anyone have a solution ?

I don't really know where does the problem come from, is it due to a bad project file configuration or a bad DNN configuuration ?

Thanks for your help.

to create private assemblies in DNN 5, please use the options in Host :: Extensions module. I'd also suggest upgrading to latest DNN 5.2.3 version, AFAIR there have been a number of issues fixed.

Thanks for the advice I tried it and it almost worked, but when I try to insert the module on a new page I had an error : the module was trying to use a dll which was not included in the folder, in fact 4 ddl, the ones based in the bin folder of the application. So I just put them in my module folder, packaged it again (after having selected the dll) and then it worked well.
